Wordless(ish) Wednesday

I though maybe brown rice California Rolls would be kinder to my blood sugar than the white rice option.  Alas, they were not.

  3. Rice is always tastier to eat if you cook it in stock, or broth, or juice, or any other liquid besides water. At least that way, that 1/4 c. serving will have some taste!
