Wordless(ish) Wednesday
I though maybe brown rice California Rolls would be kinder to my blood sugar than the white rice option. Alas, they were not.

Rice of any kind really shoots up my BG as well. and I love rice.

ReplyDeleteRice is always tastier to eat if you cook it in stock, or broth, or juice, or any other liquid besides water. At least that way, that 1/4 c. serving will have some taste!

I thought rice was the reason that they give you the option to turn the CGMS off for awhile!
